What HepTrack does

Viral load schedules, fibrosis staging on cadence, antiviral courses with completion, and household screening prompts — from diagnosis to cure or control.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol the patientHepatitis B or C and the baseline fibrosis stage, F0 to F4.
  2. Start a courseThe drug and the planned weeks, between 4 and 96. One open course per enrolment; a second is refused until the first is ended.
  3. Record the viral loadCopies per ml; undetectable is computed as under 50, never stored. Tick SVR12 only for a sample drawn at least twelve weeks after a course ended — the service refuses it otherwise.
  4. End the courseSVR, completed or stopped; stopping needs a reason, and a course ends once.
