During training sessions in heat, athletes’ hydration status and heat-risk indicators are tracked against the session’s own conditions, so a coach or medical staff member can pull an athlete before heat illness develops rather than after the first collapse of the season.
It does not measure core temperature or hydration directly — it tracks the checks a coach or medical staff member performs and logs.
