What GoutFlare does

Flare episodes, urate every three months until target then annually, urate-lowering titration prompts, and the renal check the drugs demand.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol the patientFind the patient and Enrol at the default target of 6.0 mg/dL; Target changes it, within 3 to 9.
  2. Record urateAt target or above target is the last result against the patient’s own target, computed on every load and never stored. A value outside 1 to 20 mg/dL is refused.
  3. Log a flare, then resolve itThe joint and mild, moderate or severe; Resolve when it settles. A flare cannot resolve before it started.
  4. Log therapyThe drug and its dose, append-only and authored. A step that does not name both is refused.
