What CPRehab does

GMFCS levels over time, coordinated physio/OT/speech blocks, botulinum and orthotic cycles, and school-readiness goals shared with families.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol with the type and the levelSpastic, dyskinetic, ataxic or mixed, with the GMFCS level; the scale is I–V stored as 1 to 5 and anything else is refused, and a patient already on CP rehab is refused until the current enrolment is stopped.
  2. Re-assess the GMFCSA re-assessment appends a new level rather than editing the old one; the latest is what the registry shows and the history stays readable underneath.
  3. Coordinate the therapy blocksPhysio, occupational, speech or orthotic review with sessions a week between one and seven; a block is active until somebody ends it, and active is read from that rather than stored.
  4. Log the interventionsBotox, serial casting, surgery or baclofen with the detail beside it — both gastrocnemius, 100 units — on a log that only grows.
  5. Watch the hipA hip X-ray carries its migration percentage, and the registry flags GMFCS III–V with no X-ray in twelve months — computed on every load, because that is the silently dislocating hip this registry exists to catch.
