Regimen templates written out drug by drug with the day of the cycle and the dose as the protocol states it, a cycle calendar generated from the regimen’s own spacing, and CTCAE toxicity graded 1 to 5 against the cycle it happened on.

How it works

  1. Define a regimen as dataRegimen library, New regimen: the name, cycle length in days, cycles, and each drug with its day of cycle and dose, then Save regimen. A drug set past the cycle length is refused, and a name already in the library is refused until that regimen is retired.
  2. Enrol and get a dated calendarOn Start a patient on a regimen, find the patient, pick Which regimen and press Enrol. Every cycle is dated from the start. A patient is on one active protocol at a time, and a retired regimen takes nobody.
  3. Give or defer each cycleCycles opens the calendar. Given asks the date it was given. Defer asks a later date and a reason, and every remaining cycle moves by the same delta; a date earlier than the current due date is refused. Only a pending cycle can be given or deferred.
  4. Record toxicity+ Toxicity on a given cycle takes the kind and the CTCAE grade, 1 to 5. A grade of 3 or more flags the enrolment on the list.
  5. Complete or stopComplete is refused until every cycle is closed — given, or stopped with a reason. Stop asks why and closes the remaining cycles with that reason.
