In the product

1. 1Open a session and enter the thresholdsPick the patient, set when it was tested and press New audiogram session, then add each point — ear, frequency (3 kHz and 6 kHz included), air dB and bone dB — with Add point, or fix one with Correct point; a threshold off the audiometer is refused.
2. 2Read the audiogramThe chart is drawn from the stored thresholds and nothing else; the PTA per ear is the mean of 500, 1k and 2k Hz, computed on every read, with its band beside it.
3. 3Start a trial, close it honestly, then fit itStart trial names the device and the ear; Close trial records purchased, returned or extended, and a returned aid has to say why. Open fitting works only behind a purchased trial, once, and sits under Fittings awaiting follow-up.
4. 4Mark it fitted, followed up, and claimedSet the date, press Fitted, and later Follow-up done; the fitting leaves the list once someone has checked the aid is still worn. On Scheme claims, a claim under a scheme you named goes in only with every document it needs ticked, then is approved, paid or rejected as the scheme decides.
5. 5Run hearing conservation and tinnitus programmesOn Programmes, an employer’s programme takes its own interval and, if it enters one, its shift criterion with its source; enrol a worker with the exposure as the employer classified it, mark a baseline audiogram and link each repeat — the change per ear and frequency is shown in dB, and a shift on the criterion waits for an audiologist’s or doctor’s review. A tinnitus patient’s scores on the named questionnaire, counselling and any device issued are kept as recorded, with an overdue review first.
