How you actually use it
1Write the rules you want checkedAdd or replace a rule takes one of missing charge, duplicate charge, unbundled component, quantity outlier or priced below tariff, a description a colleague will read on the finding, a severity of info, warn or block, and JSON parameters; saving retires the previous rule of that kind rather than overwriting it.
2Scan a draft billScan this bill takes a bill id, and Scan the range takes two dates; only draft bills are scanned, and a bill already finalised is refused with the reason.
3Read what was comparedThe basis line under the scan spells out each comparison — which procedure rows were matched against which bill lines, which tariff rate was in force — and re-scanning an unchanged bill writes nothing new and moves no decision.
4Accept or reject each findingEvery open finding shows the rule, what was compared, the money at stake and its status; Accept says the charge should be corrected, and Reject needs a reason of at least five characters that stays on the record.
5Nothing here stops a billThe card says it in words: a block rule marks a bill that should not be finalised as it stands, and no part of billing is stopped by it today.
