What it is

Scheduled video visits with the chart alongside, consent-gated recording off by default, and prescriptions issued under the same safety gate as in-person. One family member can be invited into a visit with the patient’s consent recorded — a guest seat in that room only, every join logged, gone when the visit ends. Call volume by weekday and hour is set against the roster and the per-doctor figure the practice enters, and partner apps that route calls are billed monthly from their own rate cards, each statement numbered and frozen once issued.

How it works

Schedule the video visitFind the patient and put it on the list, the same way an in-person appointment goes on one. The roster tab sets call volume by weekday and hour against the doctors the practice rosters.
Start it with the chart alongside — family invited if askedThe consultation happens next to the record. One family member can join as a guest of that visit, with the patient’s consent recorded; their link opens the room only and every join is logged.
Recording is off unless consent says otherwiseTurning it on is a recorded act against that visit, not a default somebody forgot to check.
End it with a summary for the recordOr mark it as a no-show; either way any family invite ends with it. A partner-routed call is billed on the partner’s monthly statement, frozen once issued.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

No controlled substances in a teleconsult.

No recording without explicit consent.

An invited family member never sees the record, and the invite never outlives the visit.

It does not assign calls to doctors or throttle a partner’s traffic.
