What TeleCare does

Scheduled video visits with the chart alongside, consent-gated recording off by default, and prescriptions issued under the same safety gate as in-person.

How you actually use it

  1. Schedule the video visitFind the patient and put it on the list, the same way an in-person appointment goes on one.
  2. Start it with the chart alongsideThe consultation happens next to the record rather than in a separate app somebody types up afterwards.
  3. Recording is off unless consent says otherwiseTurning it on is a recorded act against that visit, not a default somebody forgot to check.
  4. End it with a summary for the recordOr mark it as a no-show. A cancellation carries its reason, and the list keeps it.

What happens to our data if we uninstall TeleCare?

The visits stay in the chart, and so does everything prescribed in them. Only the scheduling screen goes.
