What HomeNursing does

Home-nursing programmes with visit rosters, geo-verified visit proofs, doorstep vitals into the record, and escalation to the treating doctor on thresholds.

How you actually use it

  1. Open a care packageFind the patient, pick the service and how many visits a week, and press Open package. Schedule week then puts that week’s visits on the roster; only a live package has a week to schedule.
  2. Work your dayMy day lists the visits assigned to you for the date picked, with time, patient, service and status. Open takes you to the door.
  3. Stamp the arrivalI am at the door stamps the arrival once, on a planned visit. The service refuses to complete a visit that has no arrival stamp.
  4. Complete with proofPick the proof kind (photo, OTP from patient, signature), type its reference and press Complete with proof. A completed visit without a proof kind and reference is refused by the database.
  5. Say when it could not happenCould not do it records the reason (patient not available, nurse not available, could not get in, patient refused) and a note. The visit sits under Missed and not yet replaced until a replacement is booked.
