What CorpDesk does

Corporate contracts with covered services, employee eligibility checks at the desk, and consolidated monthly billing.

How you actually use it

  1. Answer the question the front desk asksIs this person covered today? takes the employee code and answers covered or not covered with the sentence that says why — the contract dates, the roll, the closure — because a no with no reason sends somebody home for nothing.
  2. Register the company and its contractCompany name, an optional GSTIN, the HR contact, then the contract with its term and credit limit; a GSTIN that is not fifteen characters with a state code first is refused.
  3. Put the employees on the rollEach covered employee carries a name, an employee code and how many dependants are allowed; the same employee code twice on one contract is refused, and Link patient asks for the patient id to join them to a real record.
  4. Read usage with its attribution noteEntitlements show what has been used against the annual limit or the visit count, every row prints how the figure was attributed — by covered patient, contract dates and the service name in the line description — and where covered employees have no patient linked, the row says how many are invisible to billing.
  5. The credit limit is a flagThe exposure line reads what the clinic is carrying across unpaid bills against the contract’s limit and shows over the limit in red — it blocks nothing, and there is no code here that could, because that decision belongs to whoever is standing in front of the patient.
