Donors, campaigns and gifts, a receipt in your own tax wording, and a thank-you on WhatsApp to the donors who agreed to it.
The donors of an NGO, a hospice or a charity hospital. Each donor, a person, a company or a trust, is kept with how to reach them, every gift they have given and the total. Campaigns name what money is raised for, with a goal if you set one and a link to the programme it pays for, and show what each has raised. A gift is recorded on the one donation register TrustComplianceDesk keeps, with its donor and campaign, so an Indian trust’s 80G receipts, its cash limit and Form 10BD stay where they are and see every gift. A receipt is issued from the gapless donation receipt series, in the tax wording you write for each regime your country names (80G, Gift Aid, 501(c)(3)) or one you name yourself, with your registration reference and where the words come from: no wording, rate or eligibility rule ships, and an 80G receipt is issued on TrustComplianceDesk. A receipt is cancelled with a reason, never deleted, and a gift never carries both kinds. A thank-you goes on WhatsApp, in your words or the campaign’s, only to a donor who agreed to hear from you there (and their STOP is honoured); otherwise the call, letter, email or word in person is recorded.
