What CarePings does

Appointment reminders and prescription delivery, by email today and WhatsApp/SMS when contracted. Every send is consent-checked at the moment it happens and the decision is stored on the message. Quiet hours respect the patient’s timezone; frequency caps never apply to a clinical alert.
