What BloodDrive does

Donor recruitment with eligibility pre-screening, drive-day flow, deferral management with kind messaging, and post-donation care instructions — feeding BloodLine stock.

How you actually use it

  1. Plan the driveName, date, venue and target units, then press Plan drive; each drive row shows registered, donated against target and deferred, computed by the API.
  2. Register donors on the dayDonors opens the drive; Register donor takes a name, phone and blood group, and one registration per phone per drive is the rule.
  3. Record the outcomeDonated, or Defer… with low Hb, BP or other; a deferral has to carry a note.
  4. Send the unit to the blood bankWith donations enter blood bank ticked, a donated unit lands in the blood bank inventory; the blood group has to be known first.
  5. Thank the donorThank on a donated row records it once and marks the row thanked.
