What CareCircle does

Consented family and caregiver access: an adult child sees a parent’s appointments and medication schedule — exactly the scopes granted, revocable in one tap, every access logged.

How you actually use it

  1. Choose whose circle it isThe Whose circle? card takes a name or an MRN, Search lists the matches, and picking one loads that patient’s members.
  2. Add a member with the consent that was givenName, relation, phone, then tick which of Appointments, Medicines, Reports and Bills they may see and say whether the consent was given verbally, in writing or digitally; the consent check runs in the same transaction as the insert and its record id lands on the row as a not-null column, and a second active member on the same phone number is refused.
  3. Change what one person seesThe scope buttons on an active row toggle that member’s access one scope at a time; taking the last one away is refused, because a member with no scopes sees nothing.
  4. Revoke, and the consent goes with itRevoke asks why, stamps the row and withdraws the patient’s consent together; a revoked row cannot go back to active, so re-adding somebody later is a new member and a fresh consent.
  5. Nothing here is the family’s screenThis desk is the registry the patient portal reads — no family member is shown anything on it, and the revoked rows stay on the list with the reason underneath them.
