What ScreenPath does

Navigation for cervical, breast, oral and colorectal screening: eligibility from age and history, HPV self-sampling logistics, consented reminders through RecallWave, and — the part that matters — a positive result walked to its follow-up, never left as a letter.

How you actually use it

  1. Start the programmeName it, choose the kind — cervical, breast, oral, diabetes, hypertension or anaemia — say who is eligible and set the recall interval in months.
  2. Put people on the registerThe register takes either an existing patient or a person the outreach team met, by name and phone, because a programme that can only enrol existing patients is screening the people who were already coming.
  3. Record the resultNormal, Abnormal or Inconclusive against a person on the register — Abnormal asks which service to refer to and opens the referral in the same transaction as the result.
  4. Close every referralThe referral list closes exactly two ways, attended with the date or refused with the reason, so a positive never stays a letter.
  5. Read the due columnDue is computed from the last event plus the programme’s recall interval, and the programme row carries how many are due now and how many referrals are still open.
