What ConsentVault does

Versioned consent definitions per purpose, a check logged at every point of use — allowed or denied — and withdrawal that propagates immediately. A record that was valid on Tuesday does not prove Tuesday’s message was checked; the check log does.

How you actually use it

  1. Publish the wordingThe exact words a person is shown, as a version with a date and a purpose. Publishing a change makes a new version rather than rewriting what people already agreed to.
  2. Watch the standing consentBy purpose: who has granted, who has withdrawn, what has lapsed, and what was never asked.
  3. Record a withdrawalIt takes effect immediately and reaches back into the queue — anything already scheduled under that purpose is cancelled and marked as cancelled for that reason.
  4. Read the check logEvery check made at the point of use, allowed or denied, with what was being attempted. A consent record proves somebody agreed on a date; only this proves the message asked.

What it writes

consent recordscheck logs
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not infer consent from silence, and it cannot backdate a record.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
