The trip for one case: flights, hotel, pickups and interpreter, the patient’s money held and paid on, and the itinerary they carry.
Installs with GlobalDesk, whose screen it works onFor a medical travel agency, on the GlobalDesk case. Each booking is recorded for the patient or a named companion: a flight, a hotel stay, an airport pickup, an interpreter or anything else, with the provider, the dates and times, and the reference once it is confirmed; a cancelled booking keeps its reason. The visas VisaDesk holds for the case are shown beside the bookings, and one that runs out before the last booking is flagged; the documents-to-carry checklist is the one in GlobalDesk’s Trip plans. The patient’s money the agency holds is a ledger per currency: advances received, payments onward to the hospital, the hotel or anyone else with a reference, and refunds with a reason. Nothing is ever paid out beyond what is held, and no entry is edited. The itinerary goes to the traveller as a link that expires, carrying the agency’s name and no medical detail: to the patient, also on WhatsApp once the agency’s line is connected, and to a companion only with the patient’s consent to share it with them.
