The hospitals a medical travel agency works with, what each agreed to pay, and what each still owes.
A medical travel agency’s side of the paper a hospital keeps on its facilitators. Each partner hospital is on the register with somebody to reach, and is linked on MedAppz when it gave the agency a code. Its agreement is typed from the signed paper, with where that paper is: a share of the hospital’s bill or a flat fee per case, in a currency, between two dates. No terms ship, and two agreements with one hospital may not cover the same day. When a case completes, the commission is worked out from the agreement in force that day and the hospital’s final bill, and frozen. Commissions go on a numbered statement to the hospital, printable as a PDF; payments are recorded against a statement and never exceed what is left on it. What each hospital owes is worked out from statements and payments, by currency and by age.
