What CampaignHQ does

Campaign audiences built from consented cohorts only, sends through the same messaging rails, attribution to booked visits.

How you actually use it

  1. Save an audience as a ruleName it with an age range and a not-seen-in-days window and press Save audience; Who is in it right now shows a count that is a snapshot and saves nothing.
  2. Draft the campaignChoose the audience, name it, pick Recall, Education, Screening invite, New service or Feedback, the channel, the window and the message; the phone preview shows it as the patient sees it, and an email needs a subject line.
  3. Start itStart computes the audience through the consent engine and creates recipients only for patients with live marketing consent; the audience is a rule, so a consent withdrawn yesterday is gone today.
  4. Hand to messagingHand to messaging passes the running campaign to the notification engine, which decides quiet hours, caps and delivery; a Print campaign shows a worklist badge instead, because this app has no printer.
  5. Read the results with their basisResults shows consented reach, sent, failed, opened, clicked, booked and attributed bookings, and prints the basis sentence the server returned rather than paraphrasing it.

What it reads

What it writes

campaignsattributions
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It cannot message a cohort the consent engine will not sign off.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
