What ReviewMagnet does

Point the practice at its public review page once, then ask after the visit: one consent-checked message with a tracked link that counts the click and lands on Google. One ask per visit ever, one awaiting ask per patient — the schema refuses nagging.

How you actually use it

  1. Set the review link oncePaste the practice’s public review page. Until you do, asks have nowhere to send anybody and the desk says so.
  2. Ask after the visitFind the patient and send. The consent check runs at the moment of sending, not at the moment somebody built the list.
  3. Watch the link, not the sentimentThe tracked link counts the click and lands on your review page. There is no rating step before it — filtering who gets asked is against every platform’s rules.
  4. Nobody is asked twiceOne ask per visit ever and one waiting ask per patient. That is a unique index, so nagging is not a setting somebody can turn on.

What it reads

patient recordconsent

What it writes

review asks
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not filter who gets asked by sentiment — there is no rating step before the link, because gating reviews is a policy violation on every platform.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
