The patient’s records, in the patient’s hands, on ABDM rails.

What HealthWallet does

A patient-held record wallet on ABHA and FHIR: aggregate records across providers, grant and revoke access per encounter, and hand any new doctor a clean longitudinal history. Consent is explicit, logged and revocable — the patient is the only party who can widen access, ever.

What it reads

linked records via ABDMconsents

What it writes

access grantsconsent logs
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not expand who can see data without the patient’s explicit action — no default sharing, no dark patterns.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
