What CampKit does

Camp registration and screening at the desk, and screen-positive referrals turned into booked appointments — the metric that matters. The camp desk works online. A field sync endpoint (POST /campkit/field/sync) takes a whole village round in one transaction, deduplicated by the keys the device generated, so a replayed batch creates nothing — but no device app exists yet to capture a round without a signal, and nothing in this product does.

How you actually use it

  1. Plan the campName, date, venue and the team, then press Plan camp; each camp row shows registered, screened, referred and converted with the conversion rate, computed by the API.
  2. Register under the tentQueue opens the camp; Register takes a name, an age, a phone and a complaint — thin on purpose, because the queue does not wait for a patient record — and one phone is registered once per camp.
  3. Screen and referScreen records blood pressure and random glucose; Refer names the service and routine or urgent.
  4. Turn a referral into a patientReferrals waiting to convert lists what has not reached a patient record; Create enquiry puts it on the enquiries board when a phone was taken, and Link to patient marks it converted, which is what the rate counts.

What it reads

What it writes

registrationsreferrals
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not count footfall as success — it counts completed referrals. It does not work offline today: the sync endpoint is an API awaiting a device app, and until one exists a round is typed at the desk.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
