What WellnessScore does

Checkup results across years as a personal health trend report the patient understands, with the abnormals explained and the follow-ups booked — CheckUp’s companion.

How you actually use it

  1. Find the patientWhose trend? searches by name or MRN and loads their metric trend, their year scores and the checkup visits that have been reported.
  2. Capture the metrics from a released checkupPick the reported visit and enter BMI, systolic and diastolic BP, fasting sugar, LDL and haemoglobin; the insert reads that visit’s own status, so a checkup whose report is not released yet takes nothing.
  3. Let the bands compute themselvesOk, borderline and action come from the threshold table in the SELECT and are never stored, so the day a threshold moves every year of history rebands itself.
  4. Compute the yearA year summary is refused for a year with no captured metrics and for a year with no completed checkup — a summary cannot summarise a checkup that never finished.
  5. Read the years side by sideThe trend lays each metric across the checkup years with its band, which is the thing a PDF per year cannot show.
