A patient-friendly trend report beside the signed one, the lab’s letterhead, and tracked delivery by a checked link.
Installs with LabBridge, whose screen it works onThe signed report stays exactly as it was signed. Beside it, SmartReport builds a trend report from the patient’s signed results: the values outside the usual range first, each one with its earlier values and a small chart, and a plain line about what it measures only where a clinician has reviewed one in LabExplain — it explains, it does not diagnose. The lab sets its letterhead once: name, address, signatories, footer, and an accreditation mark that is printed only when the lab says it holds one and gives the body, certificate number and scope. Reports go to the patient, the ordering doctor or a B2B client by WhatsApp, SMS or email. The message carries a link, never the result: the link asks for the patient’s date of birth or a one-time code sent to the recipient’s phone, locks after too many wrong tries, and records each open. The delivery log says honestly what happened — held because money is due (with a named override to send anyway), not sent and why, or what the channel last said: queued, sent, delivered or failed — and when the link was opened.
What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
Read out of the code, not the brochure: each app below is here because one service queries the other’s tables. Install either side and the hand-over is already wired.
