Shift workers and new parents log their sleep; the doctor sees the debt against their own target and writes the plan.
A simple sleep log for people whose sleep is broken by shifts or a newborn, turned into a doctor-reviewed sleep-hygiene plan rather than left as a wellness score no one reads. The doctor starts the log with why (shift work, a new baby, or something else) and the sleep target they set for this person, with their reasoning; none ships. On the Patient App the person logs a night — hours and minutes asleep, how many times they woke, the shift they worked — and sees the last seven nights against their target: the minutes short (a long night does not pay a short one back) and the average. A night is logged once; a wrong one is voided at the clinic with its reason. The doctor reads the log and writes the sleep-hygiene plan in their own words, kept as written; the person reads the latest in the app and hears on the clinic’s WhatsApp line (with their consent, once the line is connected) that it is there.
/sleep-logsnightwatch.readWhat it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
