The “look again here” flag — shipped inside Peer Read.
Engagement · Full PHI · OncologyThe part of this that exists today is a flag on a signed report saying somebody should look at it again, and it lives inside Peer Read — which already owns second reads, the blind, the discordance rate and the rule that a reader may not be the original reporter. A flag carries the first reader’s name, can be raised by a colleague or proposed by the assistant, and accepting one opens an ordinary second-read request. What is NOT built is the outside-expert half: assembling a packet for a reviewer at another hospital, and finding that reviewer.
It never gives an opinion of its own, and the radiologist who wrote the report cannot accept or dismiss a flag on it — a row CHECK refuses them in either direction.
