What RadioReport does

Reporting templates per modality, prior studies alongside, and critical findings that escalate until a named clinician acknowledges.

How you actually use it

  1. Start the reportNew report takes the patient, the modality and the body part, and it joins the unsigned worklist immediately.
  2. Draft itDraft takes the technique, the findings and the impression, and the tick beside them marks a critical finding — signing one of those opens the communication loop.
  3. Attach the studyAttach study offers only studies Imaging has already matched to this patient’s own imaging request, and the row then carries an Open images link built from that study’s identifiers.
  4. Sign itSign is refused without findings and an impression, and a signed report is frozen — it is a document, so it does not change.
  5. Close the critical loopCritical — loop open lists every critical report whose loop is still open, and Record communication takes who was told, by name and role, which is the only way a row leaves that list.
