What Patient App does

A phone number, not a password. A patient proves their phone once with a code by SMS, or by opening the link your desk already hands out, and the phone stays signed in from then on — every clinic they have linked, in one place, each showing only what that clinic sent. A phone is never matched to a chart by number alone: an Indian family shares one number across three generations, so a clinic is added only by proving the desk’s own link. This app is the clinic’s own window onto it — who has signed in on their phone, since when, and the door to sign one out.

How you actually use it

What happens to our data if we uninstall Patient App?

This screen leaves your staff’s menu. The patient’s phone-number account is theirs and stays; the portal links your desk sends keep working, and revoking a patient’s link still ends their Patient App access to your clinic.
