Patient Portal

● live in clinics

A link, not a login — the patient’s own page for reports, doses, check-ins and points.

In plain words: Let patients send reports and tick doses from a link.

Engagement · Full PHI · Every specialty

What Patient Portal does

A patient gets a link on WhatsApp, not an account to create and a password to forget. On it: photograph the reports in their bag before the consultation, tick off today’s doses, answer the post-op check-in, see the loyalty balance, and read the plain-language explanation of the bill. The uploads land in a worklist the desk works before the visit starts; everything else is the same row the clinic already keeps, seen from the other side.

How you actually use it

  1. Send the linkFrom the patient’s visit, tap the portal link — it goes to their WhatsApp, or you read out the short address.
  2. They send their reports aheadPhotographs of the reports in their bag arrive in a queue, so the doctor is not reading them for the first time in the room.
  3. Mark each one seenOpen the queue, look at what came in, and mark it seen — once, by one person, with their name on it.

Read out of the code, not the brochure: each app below is here because one service queries the other’s tables. Install either side and the hand-over is already wired.

What it reads

the patient’s own doses, check-ins, points and bill explanations

What it writes

uploaded documentsdose tickscheck-in answers
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It is not a login: the link is a revocable token for one patient, rate-limited per route, and it shows nothing another patient could ever see. It does not carry the chart, the notes or the results — only what the clinic has deliberately sent out.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
