What RecallWave does

Patients who should come back and have not been booked — a follow-up no slot fitted, a review the doctor named — land on one worklist: due first, then invited. Inviting is an explicit act through the consent-checked messaging engine; booking happens on real SlotGrid slots from the same screen, and the recall records the outcome. Cohort rules (annual reviews, screening due, vaccination gaps) arrive next.

How you actually use it

  2. Invite, explicitlyA person clicks Invite; nothing goes out on its own. The message rides the consent-checked engine, and a lapsed consent for that channel stops it.
  3. Book from the same screenReal open slots from the schedule, in the next two weeks, without leaving the list you are working through.
  4. Resolve itThe recall records its outcome and closes. Nothing leaves this list by scrolling off the bottom of it.
