What it is

Inviting is an explicit act through the consent-checked messaging engine; the booking is made in the diary, and a booking closes the recall. Cohort rules (annual reviews, screening due, vaccination gaps) arrive next.

How it works

  1. Open the worklistPatients who should come back and have not been booked — a follow-up no slot fitted, a review the doctor named. Due first, then already invited.
  2. Invite, explicitlyA person clicks Invite; nothing goes out on its own. The message rides the consent-checked engine, and a lapsed consent for that channel stops it.
  3. Book from the same screenReal open slots from the schedule, in the next two weeks, without leaving the list you are working through.
  4. Resolve itThe recall records its outcome and closes. Nothing leaves this list by scrolling off the bottom of it.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

It does not message anyone whose consent for that channel has lapsed, and it never invites without a human clicking Invite.
