What RemindRx does

Dose-time reminders from the prescription schedule, quiet hours respected, refill nudges when the course runs low.

How you actually use it

  1. Prescribe, and the schedule followsA schedule is built from the prescription as the rule — these slots of the day, between these dates — rather than as a row per dose, so a course edited today changes today’s answer without a backfill.
  2. The patient ticks the doses on their portal linkToday’s medicines on the portal lists each medicine under morning, afternoon, evening or night with a Taken button on each, and the database keeps one dose per schedule, day and slot so a double tap cannot become two doses.
  3. A skipped dose carries its reasonDidn’t take asks the patient why in their own words and a CHECK refuses a skipped dose without that reason, and the service refuses a dose logged in a slot the medicine is not taken in.
  4. Read the grid on the Follow-up tabTaking their medicines sits on the Follow-up tab of the consult opened from Today’s Queue: the percentage taken over the window, a cell per slot per day, and the last few remarks against the skips.
