What it is

Structured endoscopy reports — each finding a site plus a standardised term, the report signed — and, on a signed report, the surveillance plan: the endoscopist types the interval the patient returns on and names the guideline it follows, and the recall lands on RecallWave’s own list. No interval table ships, and a plan on an unsigned report is refused. Clinics: five follow-ups behind one picker. Coeliac — antibody results with the lab’s upper limit as reported, trended beside the gluten-free diet the patient says they keep, so a titre that is not falling is read against the diet. Chronic pancreatitis — the enzyme dose as the doctor wrote it beside the pain score and stools a day. Fatty liver — weight, the fibrosis result as the ordered test reported it, and the lifestyle targets the doctor set. IBS — symptoms and suspected triggers, and a low-FODMAP trial phase by phase, in order, each food challenged on reintroduction marked tolerated or not. H. pylori — the positive test, the regimen as prescribed, the finished course and the retest: confirmed gone only on a negative retest after the course, and a positive retest means treating again.

How it works

Create the procedureFind the patient, pick OGD, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy or ERCP, the time it was performed, the indication and a consent note.
Add each findingA site, a standard term and a description. A biopsy needs its specimen label — the service refuses an unlabelled one.
Write the conclusion and signA report signs only complete — at least one finding and a conclusion — and only once. A signed report accepts no more findings and no change to its conclusion.
Set surveillanceOn a signed report, the months until the patient comes back and the guideline that interval follows; the recall lands on the recall list. No interval table ships, and a plan on an unsigned report is refused.
