What ENToscope does

Nasal, laryngeal and otoendoscopy written up as findings and a conclusion, frozen the moment a named person signs; tympanometry is its own act beside them, one row per ear.

How you actually use it

  1. Create the procedureFind the patient, choose nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy or otoendoscopy, the side, when it was performed and the indication — obstruction, hoarseness; it lands under Awaiting signature.
  2. Write findings and a conclusionFindings are what the scope showed and the conclusion is what signing needs too; Save report keeps both while the procedure is unsigned.
  3. Sign it onceSigning needs findings and a conclusion together — an opinion is the report — and a signed procedure does not change: every edit path is guarded on the signature being absent.
  4. Record tympanometry beside itOne row per ear per test time, right or left, with the canal volume; the same ear twice at one test time is refused, and a canal volume outside 0.2 to 5 mL is refused as a probe fault.
  5. The audiogram is not hereThe card says where it is: the audiogram lives in AudioLab, and this screen does not pretend to own it.
