What it is

The patient opens their portal link, picks one of the exercises on their own active PhysioFlow course, records or chooses a short clip on their phone and sends it with a note. The video goes through the files kernel like every other upload — MP4, QuickTime or WebM, 60 MB at most, two phases, stored against the patient — and cannot be played until the malware scan is back. It waits on Physio in a review queue, oldest first, with the scan status beside it; the physiotherapist watches it, writes a comment and marks it reviewed, once, and the patient reads that comment on the same link. PhysioFlow’s own log and its review-gated progression are unchanged.

How it works

The patient films an exerciseOn their portal link, under Show your physio an exercise, the patient picks one of the exercises on their active course, adds a note if they like, and records or chooses a clip — MP4 or MOV, up to 60 MB.
It waits on PhysioThe video appears in Exercise videos from patients on the Physio screen, oldest first, with its scan status; it cannot be played until the malware scan is back.
Watch, comment, mark reviewedPress Watch, play it, write your comment and press Send comment and mark reviewed. The review is written once, and the patient reads your comment on the same link.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

It does no pose estimation, rep counting or scoring — a physiotherapist watches and writes.

A link can send a video only for an exercise on that patient’s own active course; the database refuses any row whose course, exercise or file belongs to someone else.

A video is never playable before its scan, and a review cannot be rewritten.
