What it is

A view inside RxCanvas — installing it installs RxCanvas: it is the AI layer above the deterministic drug-interaction table, and it has no register the prescribing screen does not already hold. The whole medication list is reasoned about — duplications, cascades and dose problems a pair-by-pair table cannot see — grounded on the interaction rows the hospital’s own licensed dataset produced and on nothing else, with the gateway refusing the call outright if that grounding is absent. What comes back is prose a prescriber reads beside those rows, not a finding: the deterministic list is what the screen shows first and what it still shows when AI is off, unconfigured or over budget — and it says which of the two it is showing.

How it works

  1. Reach it while prescribingOn the Prescription card of a visit, after searching Find a drug and picking a medicine, Review the whole list sits below the allergy and interaction warnings, collapsed until it is pressed.
  2. Run the reviewReview the list reads every active medicine on the encounter together; while it runs the button reads Reading….
  3. Read the deterministic findings firstEach finding names its severity and the two medicines with the management line from the interaction table; finding nothing between them it says so, and with no interaction dataset loaded at all it says nothing below is a clearance.
  4. Read the AI commentary as commentary, not the answerThe written review sits under the findings when the assistant is configured and working; switched off, unconfigured or failing, the panel says the AI review is not available and that the interaction check above still ran.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
