What MenoCare does

Symptom scales, HRT decisions documented with risk discussion, bone health linkage to OsteoGuard, and annual reviews that actually happen.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol the patientFind her, pick the status (perimenopause, postmenopause, surgical menopause) and the last menstrual period. One active enrolment per patient.
  2. Score the MRSThe Menopause Rating Scale, 0 to 44, once per day. The registry shows the latest score and its date.
  3. Record the HRT decisionStarted, stopped, declined or contraindicated, appended to an authored record. Starting has to name the preparation. The HRT column is the latest decision on record, never a flag.
  4. Stamp screening doneDEXA or mammogram with the date. The next due date is worked out on every load, and the registry marks DEXA due or mammogram due when it passes.
  5. Stop when she leaves careStop asks why, and the reason stays on the enrolment with the date it ended. Only an active enrolment can be stopped, and a patient cannot be enrolled again until the current one is.
