What SchoolHealth does

School programmes: parental consent collection, vision/dental/anthropometry screening, class-wise summary reports, and individual referrals to the clinic with follow-through.

How you actually use it

  1. Add the school and plan the roundAdd school records the name and contact, and Plan round names the school, the date and the classes being screened.
  2. Enrol the children with their consentEach student is added with name, class and roll number and a parent-consent flag; a roll number cannot repeat within a class on one round.
  3. Screen only where a parent has consentedScreen records height, weight, vision, dental and pallor, and the insert that writes a finding requires the consent flag in its own WHERE — with no consent no row is written by any path.
  4. Give the school the class-wise reportClass-wise report — what the school gets counts screened, vision referrals, dental referrals and pallor per class, and never shows an individual child’s result.
  5. Give the parent the letterA referral letter is drafted per child and issued as a stamped pair, and a letter is refused for a child with no parental consent on record because there is nobody to send it to.

What it reads

What it writes

resultsreferrals
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not share an individual child’s result with the school — parents get individuals, schools get aggregates.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
