What TrackLine does

State machines for queues and care journeys. Only declared transitions happen; SLAs resolve on state entry and are stored, so retuning today does not rewrite last quarter’s report; dwell time is a column, so a wait-time report is one scan.

How you actually use it

  1. Watch the boardEveryone currently on a journey, which step they are on and how long they have been waiting. Anything past its limit is marked before it breaks, not after.
  2. Move a record onOpen a row and pick the next step. Only the steps the journey declares are offered, and one that needs a reason asks for it.
  3. Read the wait timesHow long each step actually takes, including the slowest one in ten — which is the number a complaint is usually about.
  4. Keep the journey itselfThe definitions tab shows the version in force and the date it started, so last quarter’s report still reads against the rules that applied then.

Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

Sweeps mark and escalate; neither closes an instance. People close things.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
