Keeps a doctor’s Google or Microsoft 365 calendar and the clinic’s own booking calendar in step both ways: a booking made in the clinic blocks the doctor’s personal calendar, and an event they add there blocks the slot back on the clinic side. Today there is only a read-only .ics feed; this replaces it with a live two-way sync.
It does not resolve a genuine double-booking on its own — a conflict between the two calendars is surfaced for the doctor or the desk to decide, not silently overwritten either way.

Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.
