What ChronicPain does

Multimodal pain programmes with functional goals over pain scores, opioid agreements with register-grade dispensing records, and psychology referrals as part of the plan, not an afterthought.

How you actually use it

1. 1Enrol and name the siteEnrol on the chronic pain program finds the patient and takes the primary pain site — lower back, and so on; the enrolment is refused without it.
2. 2Sign the contract before anything elseSign contract stamps the enrolment once; until it is there the button on the ledger reads Contract first, and the insert itself refuses an opioid row without a signed contract on an active enrolment.
3. 3Score pain and functionPain 0–10 and Function 0–10 go in together, one pair per patient per day; a second pair the same day is refused, and so is a score off the scale.
4. 4Keep the opioid ledger honestA row names the drug, the MME per day and the reason, and carries the author; the ledger only ever grows, and an MME outside 0–500 is refused as a transcription error.
5. 5Log what else was triedInterventions are physio, injection, TENS, CBT or other; the registry shows the current MME as the latest ledger row, computed on every load, and flags anything above 90.

What it does not do

It does not renew an opioid agreement without the functional review it promised.
