What TitrateBoard does

Insulin, anticoagulant and antihypertensive titration as worklists — incoming readings queue the decision to the right clinician with the protocol beside the trend.

How you actually use it

  1. Read the boardEvery row is computed live from the condition program that owns the reading, and each carries the basis — the readings that put it there — with the date they were taken.
  2. Check which sources were readThe payload names every source and says which could actually be read; a programme this clinic never installed is listed as not read rather than silently omitted.
  3. Decide, and say on whatIncrease, decrease, hold, switch, refer or no change — the first three ask for detail — and the decision is stored with the basis it was made on, which cannot be blank.
  4. Understand what deciding does not doA decision changes no dose, target, band or reading anywhere; it records that a named clinician looked, which is what takes the row off the board.
  5. Snooze what you cannot act on todayA snooze takes a date and a reason — ‘later’ is refused — and the row comes back by itself when that date passes.
