What ThyroidTitrate does

Thyroxine titration ladders on 6–8-week TSH cycles, annual checks at stability, and a pregnancy mode that tightens targets and cadence the day the pregnancy is recorded.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol on titrationPick the patient and the indication — hypothyroid, hyperthyroid or post-surgical — and the enrolment starts on a default TSH band you can change per patient.
  2. Set the band this patient is aimed atReband takes a new low and high in mIU/L, which the service holds inside its own plausible range with the low below the high, and only on an active enrolment.
  3. Record the TSHA result outside plausibility is refused as a unit error, and the registry says below band, in band or above band by comparing the newest result to that patient’s band on every load rather than storing a status.
  4. Change the dose with a reasonA dose change carries the micrograms and why, is held to the range the service allows, and appends to a log rather than overwriting the last one.
  5. Turn pregnancy mode on when it appliesPregnant halves the review cadence the registry expects and marks the row, so an overdue review shows sooner — computed in the SELECT, never stored.

What it writes

titration recordsrecalls
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not carry pre-pregnancy targets into a recorded pregnancy — the mode switch is automatic.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
