A patient on skeletal traction has the weight, limb alignment check, and skin-site inspection logged at every ward round, so a traction that has run past its expected duration or drifted out of alignment is visible on the board rather than buried in the nursing notes.
It does not adjust the traction weight — the nurse or doctor changes it; the app records what was set and checked.
