What TherapyPlanner does

A course of CBT/DBT/IPT as a structured plan: session goals, assigned homework, outcome scales at intervals, and termination summaries with relapse plans the patient keeps.

How you actually use it

  1. Start the coursePick the patient, the modality — CBT, DBT, IPT, ACT, supportive or other — write what the therapy is for and the planned number of sessions; a course with no goals is refused, and so is a second active course for the same patient.
  2. Record each sessionAttendance, a note and the homework given; sessions number themselves under the course lock, and a no-show still takes its number.
  3. Complete it with an outcomeCompleting takes the outcome summary, and only an active course completes.
  4. Or close it early with a reasonClose early records why instead, so a course that stopped reads differently from one that finished.
