What GlucoGraph does

CGM and fingerstick data charted against HbA1c and prescriptions, with titration protocols surfaced next to the numbers.

How you actually use it

  1. Log a readingFind the patient, the value in mg/dL and its context — fasting, before a meal, after a meal, bedtime or random. No enrolment: the first reading just lands. Below 20 or above 800 is refused as a strip or meter fault.
  2. Open the chartTime in range over the last fourteen days, recomputed on every load and never stored; the day profile by context; and the lows under 70 listed on their own.
  3. Log insulinUnits, basal, bolus or mixed, and the drug. Append-only, with its author.
  4. See the HbA1c beside itRead from DiabetesYear, never written here — absent when the patient was never on that programme.
