What TalkTrack does

Session logs, therapy goals and periodic outcome questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7) trended across the course of care.

How you actually use it

  1. Find the patientOne patient at a time: their sessions and the score series appear together, with the totals for sessions, minutes and how many have been shared.
  2. Record the sessionThe date, the modality — supportive, psychoeducation, crisis, family or other — the minutes and the note; there is no course to open first and no session number.
  3. Add a measure if you took oneThe measure is self-contained: name the instrument, give the score and the range it was scored against, and a score outside that declared range is refused.
  4. Share it deliberatelyA counselling note reaches the treating team only when somebody shares it, and the sharing is stamped with who did it and when — a session already shared cannot be shared again.
  5. Read the seriesPer instrument, the first and last score, the change between them and how many sessions carried a measure — and which of those points were shared.
