Cardiac rehabilitation after a heart attack or bypass, phase by phase.

Cardiac rehabilitation after a heart attack or bypass runs as the standard phased programme, with MET level and exercise tolerance tracked session by session, so a patient’s actual progress through the phases is visible instead of relying on attendance alone as a proxy for recovery.
It does not supervise the exercise session itself — the rehab team does; the app tracks the phase and the numbers reached.
Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.HeartRestart reads cardiac event record, session exercise data and writes phase progression, MET level trend. Its data class is Full PHI. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.
