What MigraineDiary does

Attack logs with severity and triggers, medication-overuse counting, and preventive-therapy trials judged on recorded frequency, not recalled impressions.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol the patientFind them and press Enrol. The registry shows attacks in the last thirty days, the latest MIDAS and any running preventive.
  2. Log each attackHours, severity on 1 to 10, aura, and triggers if any. An attack outside half an hour to 120 hours is refused.
  3. Score MIDASThe score sits between 0 and 270 — its arithmetic ceiling — and a patient can be scored once a day, only while their enrolment is active. The registry shows the last score against the date it was taken.
  4. Start a preventive and let the diary judge itName the drug. Each course shows attacks per month before against after, worked out from the diary on every load; Stop course ends it.
  5. Read the monthly frequencyAttacks per clinic-local month, and the recent attacks with their triggers.
