What it is

A view inside PsychMetrics (Psych Scales) — installing it installs PsychMetrics, where the per-patient trend over serial administrations already lives. What this adds is the Population card — a cohort’s distribution over an instrument’s bands and its flagged count, by age at the date of administration rather than age today — and “Load an instrument”, which imports a scale with its citation and its bands from a document the service is licensed to use. What is NOT built is the passive signal: nothing here collects sleep, activity or speech from a device, and no consent surface for such a signal exists.

How it works

Open Population and set the windowOn Population — the cohort, not the patient, choose an instrument, a From and To date and, where age matters, a minimum and maximum, then press Read.
Read the bands and the monthsThe panel shows administrations, patients and how many were flagged, then a table of the instrument’s severity bands with their counts and, below them, administrations by month; the age range is read against age at the date of administration, not today, so a cohort read a year later has not quietly lost the people who have since grown up.
Load an instrument from its own documentUnder Load an instrument from its document, give its code, full name, item count, maximum total and the bands, one per line — and the citation naming the document its cut-offs come from, without which Load instrument is refused.
