What CardioTrace does

ECG and echo results as structured observations with serial comparison, plus device-clinic scheduling for pacemaker checks.

How you actually use it

  1. Create the studyFind the patient, choose ECG or Echo, when it was performed and the indication, then press Create; it lands under Awaiting signature as a draft.
  2. Draft the findingsFindings opens the fields — rate, rhythm, axis, PR, QRS, QTc and interpretation for an ECG; EF, chamber and valve findings and a conclusion for an echo — and Save findings keeps them; an implausible value is refused.
  3. Sign it onceSign freezes the study into a document; an ECG without an interpretation, or an echo without an EF and a conclusion, is refused, and a signed study does not change.
  4. Read the trendTrend on any row lists the patient’s signed studies with EF and QTc and the change from the previous one, computed by the server.
